ARTIST’S SOLO & GROUP EXHIBITIONS:
Gail Ritchie, Irish artist, was based at Rooftops during the Summer of 2010.
During her stay she researched and developed work for S.LOW.
S.LOW – BERLIN 15 July – 20 August 2010
“S.LOW is a Berlin-based cross-disciplinary project involving 34 international and national visual artists… focus exists on the exchange of methodologies and knowledge, to address similar creative questions, which will investigate ideas such as; the creative use of s/low technologies versus cutting-edge ones.”

As announced on Australian radio station 2SER 107.3FM, Paradigm Shift..
Rooftops artist Richard Byers brings a part of Berlin to Sydney.
Located at 531 Harris St, Ultimo in Sydney. Opposite Powerhouse Museum
A projection art gallery in an empty shop window on Harris street Ultimo, Sydney, showcasing the work from artists in Berlin working at Rooftops – artist studios.
The gallery opens on the 15th December and screens from 8pm till late each night till Monday 21st December.
There will be different works shown over the week, so come past a few times.
Drop by the window this week, grab a beer from the pub next door and enjoy a temporary view into some art from Berlin.

A solo exhibition by Richard Byers held in Berlin.
The exhibition is titled Visual Rhythms and showcases work which was developed at Rooftops studios, exploring sculpture and video projections, inspired by the artist’s love of music and rhythm, but also infused with the essence of numerous times in Tokyo, Japan.
The show opened 17th September 2009. Closing date has been extended. When in Berlin, catch it while you can!
